Hours of Availability
Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Eligibility Criteria
Services are available for adult (18 and over) residents of Norfolk.
Clients must be willing and able to work toward mutually agreeable treatment goals and objectives.

Exclusionary Criteria
Counselors are not able to work with the following problems:

• Sexual Abuse / Rape
• Eating Disorders
• Personality Disorders identified as primary area of focus
• Chronic and persistent mental illness
• Long-term substance dependence & addiction
• Domestic Violence

Fees
Fees are set on a sliding scale based on income.
Groups are three dollars each session
The initial intake assessments are free.
