Registration

1. Shortly after the grant application deadline, participants will receive a course approval letter. This letter will summarize all courses needed to complete endorsement that will be paid for by the grant. Course work that has not received prior written approval will not be paid for by the grant.

2. Only the tuition of CSEEP-approved TELETECHNET or virtual classrooms courses will be paid by the grant. VDOE Region 2 participants may take classes in other formats when notified by the grant office.

3. If a participant has not attended Old Dominion in previous semesters, an admission application to Old Dominion University must be completed. These applications can be obtained through the Old Dominion University Office of Admissions, through a local site director or online. If the participant intends to complete a licensure only program, a Nondegree Entry Form and an Application for Instate Tuition must be completed. These forms should be faxed to the Distance Learning Office at (757) 683-5492. If the participant intends to pursue entry into the master's degree program, an Application for Graduate Degree Study must be completed before the completion of 12 credit hours. 4. To register for coursework, drop classes, and check final grades, CSEEP recommends that participants utilize the Old Dominion University's LEO ONLINE system. For further assistance in registering for classes, grant participants can contact their ODU site directors. The grant office will not check grades, register students, drop classes or negotiate academic issues with instructors--these actions remain the responsibilty of the grant participant.
