Educational Leadership (Education and Training Management Sub-Specialty Program for Military only)

The ETMS program emphasizes the need for effective, efficient managers to fill vital functions within the Naval Training Command, and its purpose is to educate and prepare officers to fill training and education management billets. The ETMS program is a 36-semester hour program Educational skill requirements account for 33 hours. The final course in the program is 3-hour course taught by a Navy Training team.
