Therapeutic Recreation Laboratory

In collaboration with the Norfolk Public Schools, children with developmental disabilities participate in a joint laboratory experience with students in the Introduction to Therapeutic Recreation course.  The college students work individually with children using a variety of adapted recreational activities to improve physical, cognitive and social skills and behaviors.  This lab also currently houses the ODU Ready program at Old Dominion University.  Student Recreation Center Room 1009.
