Pre/Post Task Rating Form This self-assessment is for master's degree and licensure only students. Please complete the Pre/Post Task Rating Form when asked to do so by the graduate program director.
Employer Satisfaction Survey: This survey is mailed to the employers of teachers who complete the master's degree and licensure only programs.
Special Education Program Exit Assessment: In accordance with National Council for Accreditation in Teacher Education (NCATE) guidelines and the competencies established by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) we must gather performance data. The special education exit exam has been developed to measure the performance of licensure program completers. The exam draws material from the core coursework for licensure. The information collected through this exam will be used for program assessment and improvement to serve future students. The results of this exam will be reported in the aggregate (i.e., summary of all responses) so that individual responses will remain confidential. The exam will take no longer than two hours.
