Training and Technical Assistance Center - Old Dominion University (T-TAC ODU) is part of
a statewide network of assistance centers designed to improve educational services for children
with disabilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia. T-TAC Old Dominion University is responsible for training and technical assistance in the areas of Early Childhood Special Education/Primary DD (students with developmental delays and disabilities birth through age 9) and individuals with moderate to severe disabilities (birth through high school).
