*The Military Career Transition Program is a state approved teacher education master of science in education with initial licensure degree program. Students must complete all requirements (this includes student teaching) in order to be considered a completer of the approved program. Students who do not complete all components of the approved program as outlined on their program of study (content review and graduate course program plan), are considered non-program completers or exiters and ODU is unable to sign off stating licensure program was completed on any state licensure/certification request form.
