Collaboration and Transitions

Co- or prerequisite: ESSE 500. This course addresses the complex issues surrounding families and children with disabilities and transitiosn across the lifespan, as well as effective collaboration with families and professionals to support inclusion and/or effective early intervention services, educational programs and transition services for students at-risk adn students with disabilities. Emphasis is on successful professional collaboration and effective relationships in educational, transition, and family settings.
