C. J. Butler C. J. Butler earned both his bachelor's and master's degree from Old Dominion University. Currently, Mr. Butler is employed by Old Dominion University as a lecturer in the Department of Special Education. Mr. Butler also does educational consulting through Educational Programs and Interventions for Children.  Prior to joining ODU, Mr. Butler worked for over 15 years in both private and public schools as a teacher and administrator in both general and special education. He has extensive experience as a trainer and presenter at the local, state, and national level. His areas of interest include: curriculum and instruction; behavior change; and collaboration and consultation.
Denise Luc. Denise Luc. She coteaches the TSIP (Technology Standards for Instructional Personnel) class in the Career Switcher Program. She have been teaching for 16 years. 13 of those years as a 5th, 3rd, 2nd, and PreK classroom teacher while serving as a Technology Facilitator for 2 1/2 years an ITRT (Instructional Technology Resource Teacher) for 3 1/2 years. During that time as a trainer she revised the TSIP program for training NPS (Norfolk Public Schools) employees and am currently leading a team to design an online TSIP program for NPS.

Sandra Dotolo has been a mentor with the Career Switcher Program from 2003 - 2007.  She currently teaches the 7 hour Language Arts and Social Studies workshop for Kg. through grade 6 and the 21 hour Reading Strategies class for Pre- Kg. through grade 3.  The 12 hour Independent Study completes the instructional content component. She is retired after 33 years of teaching in the Norfolk Public Schools, the Milwaukee Public Schools, and Norfolk Academy.  Currently Mrs. Dotolo is an Adjunct Instructor in Early Childhood Education at Tidewater Community College and has been part of their faculty for the past 14 years.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Marquette University and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Old Dominion University.  She volunteers at her granddaughters' public school in Virginia Beach.  Mrs. Dotolo is married and has 3 grown children and 4 grand children.

Bonnie Primm

Recognized Feng Shui consultant, teacher, speaker and marketing professional, Bonnie Primm has over 25 years of marketing experience as an advertising agency owner.  Professional experience in commercial and residential real estate and development balances overall experience in both commercial and nonprofit communities so that she is able to distinguish and integrate the revered customs of an ancient art to present day needs and culture. 

Bonnie has held adjunct positions at Tidewater and Blue Ridge Community Colleges and Old Dominion University teaching Feng Shui and instrumental in constructing an Introduction Certificate Course to Interior Design, as well as a Corporate and Business Physical Environment Program for ODU and on-site classes.   A 16-hour class for undergraduate health credit in the 5-city community college network is part of post secondary education experience.  Presentations, workshops/seminars, classes and lectures have been given at numerous locations including The Hampton Roads Woman's Show; Obici Hospital; Norfolk Botanical Garden; The City of Virginia Beach Benefits Administration (15,000 teachers and staff); USAA; Retail Alliance of South Hampton Roads; Credit Professionals International regional & local; The Virginia Symposium for Complementary and Alternative Medicine; Global Nomads International; The Association for Research and Enlightenment; Tidewater Builder's Association/Mid-Atlantic Home Show; Barnes & Noble; multiple programs for The William E. Wood Real Estate companies of Hampton Roads; Contemporary Arts Center of Virginia; d'Art Center of Norfolk; Kindred Spirit, The Peninsula Home Builders;  conference and convention speaking; The Heutte Urban Garden Center, as well as private consultations and classes for individuals and businesses.  Many physicians, chiropractors, dentists, restaurants and other retail as well as business professionals have used her services to create physical environments supporting customers, clients, patients, staff and business/practice effectiveness.
