A child's learning environment needs to be high quality! The "Square One @ ODU" Director has become certified by the University of North Carolina to assess preschool/childcare programs of children ages 2½- 5 years old using the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) assessment tool and will provide training/assessments/mentoring/coaching and other technical assistance.
