Registration Information

To register for one or more of our open enrollment courses with VISA or MASTERCARD please follow one of the procedures below. Have the Course Description, Code #, Credit Card # and the Expiration Date ready.

For the mailing of payment, please complete and print the mail-in registration form and mail with your remittance to:

  • Please make Checks/Money orders payable to: Old Dominion University.
  • Please Don't Send Cash.

You may also register by:

1. FAXing the completed registration form with VISA or MASTERCARD to (757) 683 5405.
2. Calling (757) 683 4247, with VISA or MASTERCARD information.
3. Sending a Purchase Order or letter from your Training Director, or other authorized official, on company letterhead, requesting we invoice you.
